Returns & Exchanges

At Intense Oud (Wholesale), we strive to ensure total satisfaction with your bulk fragrance orders; however, due to the nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our wholesale support team with your order number and SKU details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original manufacturer packaging and include a copy of your invoice and the assigned RMA number.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send the package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that shipping costs for wholesale returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seals are intact, we will process your refund or store credit minus a 15% restocking fee within 7-10 business days.
